The ACR is aware that there is currently a backlog in fulfilling CT phantom orders. The phantom manufacturer is working to resolve the current backlog and ACR is working with them to avoid such backlogs in the future. Please note that ACR is not prepared to accept alternative phantoms for accreditation submissions at this time. During the current backlog, ACR recommends that medical physicists consider using alternative phantoms, including CT manufacturer-provided phantoms, for annual medical physics surveys. Please submit a support ticket with questions or concerns on any upcoming ACR CT submission.
