This one-week Radiologic Pathology Case Review Conference offers advanced, case-based learning for R4 residents, fellows and practicing physicians. It broadens the exposure to complex radiologic-pathologic cases, strengthen diagnostic reasoning and interpretive skills and foster networking among participants and faculty.
Course Overview
The One-Week Radiologic Pathology Case Review Conference is designed to provide advanced case-based learning for R4 residents and fellows. Building on the foundation of the 4-week R3 course, these new week-long, in-person programs will broaden exposure to diverse cases, enhance diagnostic skills, and foster networking among peers and faculty.
Discounted rate is available for participants who have completed the 4-week R3 course. To increase accessibility, one course will be hosted in Silver Spring, and the other may rotate across Midwest and West Coast locations.
Learning Objective:
Upon completion of the 1 Week Case Review Conference, participants will be able to:
- Analyze and interpret a broad range of radiologic pathology cases to expand their diagnostic proficiency.
- Apply case-based learning strategies to strengthen their preparation for the radiology practice and the oral board examination.
- Engage in professional networking and collaborative discussions with peers and faculty to enhance lifelong learning and practice.
- Integrate radiologic-pathologic correlations into clinical decision-making for improved patient care.
- Recognize and differentiate common and uncommon radiologic patterns across multiple organ systems using pathologic correlation.
